Euronext & the BEL indices

Aedifica is listed on the regulated market of Euronext Brussels since October 2006 under the symbol AED.
Since November 2019, Aedifica is also listed on Euronext Amsterdam via a secondary share listing. Through this secondary listing, we aim to further increase our visibility in the Netherlands and further expand and diversify our shareholder base.

Euronext Brussels remains the Group’s reference market and trading volumes on the Belgian and Dutch Euronext exchanges are amalgamated for reporting purposes.

In March 2020, Aedifica entered the BEL 20, the leading share index of Euronext Brussels. The BEL 20 index comprises the Belgian companies listed on Euronext Brussels recording the largest free-float market capitalisation, of which the share is sufficiently liquid and of which at least 15% of the staff is employed in Belgium.

Moreover, Aedifica is also included in the BEL ESG, a new index launched by Euronext Brussels in early 2023. The index identifies and tracks the 20 listed companies that perform best on ESG criteria, based among other things on their Sustainalytics Risk Rating.

Stoxx & GPR Indices

Since 23 September 2019, Aedifica is included in the Stoxx Europe 600 Index. STOXX Ltd. is a global index provider, currently calculating a global index family of over 10,000 strictly rules-based and transparent indices.

Since 21 September 2020, Aedifica is also included in the GPR 250 Index and the GPR 250 REIT Index. Global Property Research (GPR) includes in these indices the 250 most liquid listed real estate securities in the world.

Aedifica’s inclusion in these indices anchors the Group once again as a market reference in listed European healthcare real estate.

EPRA/NAREIT Index

Since 18 March 2013, Aedifica is included in the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Europe Developed index.
The EPRA (‘European Public Real Estate Association’) is the voice of Europe’s publicly traded real estate sector and the most widely used global benchmark for listed real estate. The criteria for inclusion in the indices are publicly available on the EPRA website.

  • From 2015 to 2024, Aedifica’s annual financial report was awarded ten consecutive times the ‘EPRA BPR Gold Award‘ for Financial Reporting, keeping the Company at the top of the real estate companies assessed by EPRA.

  • From 2020 to 2024, Aedifica’s Sustainability Report was awarded five consecutive times the ‘EPRA sBPR Gold Award‘.

Do you want to pay us a visit at the office? The coffee is ready, you are more than welcome.

We have made sure that you can easily get to our head office in Brussels by public transport: you can reach us by train, metro, bus and bicycle.

If you come by train, you can get off at the station of Brussels-Luxemburg or Brussels-Central. From there you can easily continue on foot to rue Belliard 40. If you come by international train, you get off at Brussels-South station and take metro line 2 or 6 to Trône/Troon or Arts-Loi/Kunst-Wet.

If you come by metro, you can take line 1 or 5 to Arts-Loi/Kunst-Wet or Maelbeek/Maalbeek, or you can take line 2 or 6 to Trône/Troon or Arts-Loi/Kunst-Wet.

If you come by bus, you can take line 21, 27 and 64 to Trêves/Trier, or line 27, 34, 38, 64, 80 and 95 to Science/Wetenschap.

If you take a villo! sharing bike, you can easily park your bike in the Charlemagne/Karel De Grote bike station right in front of our office.
