Aedifica entered the UK market at the beginning of 2019, following the acquisition of a significant portfolio of 90 care homes. Since then, Aedifica has further expanded its portfolio through the acquisition of several new care properties.

In 2021, Aedifica established a local team in the UK by integrating Layland Walker, the property management company we have been working with for many years. By welcoming the team into the Aedifica family, we are creating a perfect opportunity to further expand our activities in the UK, as they have already developed an extensive experience with our UK portfolio, its tenants, and the UK healthcare market in general.

This care home was completed in 2018 and welcomes up to 64 residents.

This modern, purpose-built care home was completed in 2022. It welcomes over 60 residents.

Completed in 2022, this care home in Hessle meets the highest standards of care and comfort. It accommodates 67 elderly people requiring continuous care.

Upon completion in 2024, this care home in Biddenham will welcome up to 60 residents in spacious bedrooms with en-suite facilities that are specifically tailored to suit the needs of elderly people requiring continuous care. The building will use energy-efficient systems, which should result in an ‘A’ EPC rating.

This care home is being developed in a residential area in York. It will use energy-efficient systems and renewable energy sources, which should result in an EPC
rating 'A'. Construction is expected to be completed by mid-2022.

This care home offers care services to 26 residents in fully en-suite single bedrooms and will be extended with 17 additional beds, bringing the total capacity of the care home to 43 residents.

Get directions

Do you want to pay us a visit at the office? The coffee is ready, you are more than welcome.

We have made sure that you can easily get to our head office in Brussels by public transport: you can reach us by train, metro, bus and bicycle.

If you come by train, you can get off at the station of Brussels-Luxemburg or Brussels-Central. From there you can easily continue on foot to rue Belliard 40. If you come by international train, you get off at Brussels-South station and take metro line 2 or 6 to Trône/Troon or Arts-Loi/Kunst-Wet.

If you come by metro, you can take line 1 or 5 to Arts-Loi/Kunst-Wet or Maelbeek/Maalbeek, or you can take line 2 or 6 to Trône/Troon or Arts-Loi/Kunst-Wet.

If you come by bus, you can take line 21, 27 and 64 to Trêves/Trier, or line 27, 34, 38, 64, 80 and 95 to Science/Wetenschap.

If you take a villo! sharing bike, you can easily park your bike in the Charlemagne/Karel De Grote bike station right in front of our office.

Of course, you can also reach us by car, but we encourage you to consider the environment and use public transport or other eco-friendly transportation options.
